Esaote's new G-scan brio is an MRI system that allows to study all joints as well as the spine, either in a clinostatic (supine) or in a orthostatic (weight-bearing) position because magnet and patient can rotate from 0 to 90 degrees. The system provides great patient comfort and features the latest sequences and imaging performances developed by Esaote. G-scan Brio boasts advanced features and capabilities such as: Low maintenance and optimized permanent magnet: no cryogens and no complicated cooling systems are required. This leads to an easier maintenance, lower power consumption and, therefore, a considerable cost reduction. "One room" installation: very compact, it only requires a 23m2 (245 Ft2) installation space. Add weight to your diagnosis: since the force of gravity generates bio-mechanical changes in the human anatomy, MR imaging in a natural stand-up position allows you to attain important additional information compared to traditional MRI.
